We strive to offer top-notch furniture at affordable prices, with a convenient user experience. We achieve this by keeping our quality standards high. All our products are brand new and come in original packaging. Our entire product range has a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty. You can extend the warranty period up to 5 years for an additional charge. All the details of the warranty conditions can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Complaints

We offer a solid 2-year guarantee on all our products, starting from the delivery date. For all complaints, your invoice is your warranty document. It's important to carefully check the items upon delivery and promptly notify our Customer Service about any issues. Quick reporting and addressing of damages are key, as delays might impact the guarantee, potentially resulting in a reduction or expiration, especially if the issue could have been resolved earlier through repair but now requires replacement.

All new orders are covered by a 24-month warranty against hidden defects unless an optional 5-year extension was chosen at the time of purchase. Please note that extending the warranty after the purchase is not an option. If defective items are replaced, the warranty restarts from the day you receive the replacement or repaired product. In cases where only a specific part was replaced, the warranty restarts solely for that particular part. Rest assured, our suppliers are meticulously chosen and consistently monitored, ensuring a fantastic balance of price and performance.

In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will address the issue appropriately, choosing from repair, replacement, or financial compensation based on the extent of the damage or loss of value. You are entitled to exercise your rights and options under the applicable guarantee laws and periods without any limitations. If the producer does not replace the whole product, the warranty covers only the spare parts. To obtain these parts, simply send us photos of the damaged components along with a detailed description of the irregularities. In the case of bathroom furniture and bathtub issues, consulting a specialist to diagnose and identify the problem is essential. Please note that we do not provide repair services.

Differences in colour, irregularities in wood texture and so-called hairline cracks are natural and shall be accepted by the buyer. Please be aware that any additional services (payment fees, express delivery, assembly, etc.) are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, any repairs covered by the warranty are limited to the maximum value of the goods.

Our warranty services do not lengthen or renew the original warranty period. Please be aware that warranty claims are not applicable in cases of damage resulting from:

  • Misuse or improper handling,
  • Normal wear and tear,
  • Environmental factors (like humidity, extreme heat or cold, prolonged exposure to water, etc.),
  • Failure to follow operating instructions,
  • Use of force (e.g. blow, impact, fall),
  • Unauthorized repair attempts,
  • Products that are no longer in their original assembled state,
  • Minor damage: defects not clearly visible at first sight under normal lighting conditions from a distance of 3 meters, perpendicular to the damaged area.

Transport damage must be reported on the delivery note to the carrier upon delivery and claimed in writing immediately within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Your satisfaction and the safety of your items is our top priority.
